Wing Personnel

Welcome to the Wing Personnel page. Your Wing Personnel Officer is Maj Tyler Leaf.  I have served in this position since August 2016.  I have a Master Specialty Track Rating in Personnel.

The Wing Personnel Officer processes all of the Wing Level promotions– special appointments, etc; maintains the Wing Personnel Log; processes Unit Charters and Changes of Command; processes all of the Wing personnel awards and certificates (by processing the CAPF120s and other forms); maintains the Wing Roster that provides a listing of all Wing Staff & Squadron Commanders and is distributed around the first of every month; maintains the Wing Calendar of Events that is distributed around the first of every month;  and many other things.  If I can assist you in the area of Personnel, please email me at tyler.leaf@nmwg.cap.gov.
